Wellbeing through change
This session is perfect for any team looking to strengthen communication and relationships, and to really become as strong as they can be by harnessing everyone’s unique superpowers. It would be especially beneficial to Bursars or others responsible for managing change processes e.g. restructures, mergers or new system implementation.
After this programme they will…
Keep their own wellbeing in tact whilst dealing with excess emotion of others struggling with change
Keep a grip on the day to day as the project progresses
Understand the impact of change on different personalities, allowing them to maintain strong relationships and keep communication channels open
Be able to approach the challenge with a formula/strategy to avoid overwhelm or burnout
Take others with them on the change journey
